When you're downsized or fired, you can start to panic. There could be no worse feeling than not knowing where your next paycheck is going to come from.
Sometimes we lose our roles thru no fault of our own, and other times we might have an idea of what we had done incorrect. Either way, you've got to get right on your hunt for something new. One thing that I was taught in varsity was that your hunt for roles should be taken gravely, just about like it were a job.
When I was out of varsity there were not truly many places online in which to try a search, but there were a couple. This wasn't simple, and being right from varsity never makes it simple to find something good.
What's crucial when you're in this kind of position is to treat your search as if you were going to the office. You should generally begin the search for roles early in the morning and spend your whole day on the hunt. You need to find great sites online that have job offerings in your neighborhood, and you need to spend plenty of time on there attempting to find leads.
Naturally, the most significant things are going on interviews and sending out resumes. Spend a good period of time doing these things, and you can find what you're looking for. A search for roles is rarely simple, and some have a simpler time than others. When you do not have plenty of experience yet, do not be daunted if you've got to go on many interviews before you get an offer. This is just the way it is, and it doesn't mean you aren't a good applicant. There might be some tiny things that you are missing, and that may turn everything around.
